When you place an order via our website (www.casaparts.co.uk) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into contract with you.
When purchasing electrical & kinetic parts to domestic appliances it is possible that problems can occur on rare occasions. To improve customer confidence in our products we have made it clear our policy on these matters.
Any customer whom purchases a product which is deemed not fit for use will be liable for a full refund. If a product delivered to the customer is not the product they had ordered a full refund will be offered or the correct part will be offered free of charge in place. If the customer mistakenly orders the incorrect part for their appliance a refund cannot be offered in this case. If the customer has made an incorrect fault diagnosis, resulting in ordering the wrong part which will fail to repair the machine a refund cannot be offered.
All usual normal statutory rights are unaffected and we abide by the laws of England & Wales
Please check the Delivery times page for our terms on postage. All our advertised postage costs are for the UK. If you require international or other please contact us first.
Goods returned because they are faulty or defective must be returned in the condition you received them. We will pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.
