When purchasing electrical & kinetic parts to domestic appliances it is possible that problems can occur on rare occasions. To improve customer confidence in our products we have made it clear our policy on these matters.
Any customer whom purchases a product which is deemed not fit for use will be offered a full refund. If a product delivered to the customer is not the product they had ordered a full refund will be offered or the correct part will be offered, without further charge, in its place. If the customer mistakenly orders the incorrect part for their appliance a refund cannot be offered in this case. If the customer has made an incorrect fault diagnosis, resulting in ordering the wrong part which will fail to repair the machine a refund cannot be offered.
Items can be returned within 7 days for reasons other than those discussed above. The postage costs are lost by the purchaser, but the full purchase price will be refunded upon the return of the item in the same condition it left our workshop.
In the case of Printed Circuit Boards and similar manufactured items it is essential that the fault that deemed the original PCB faulty be repaired before fitting the replacement one we supply.
