All our Items are dispatched the next working day at the latest.

Where possible we may be able to post the same day.

We are a UK based seller . If you require any specail postage terms such as international , or recorded or special conditions please contact us to arrange prior to your order being placed.

Once an order is placed, most items will be packaged and posted the same day. But we gauranteee it will be posted by at least the next working day after purchase. The item will be posted to the address given to us by you. We cannot accept any negligence if an incorrect address has been given

• Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via parcel force , special delivery or private courier.

• If you haven't received your items within 14 working days of the date of purchase, they can be declared "lost in transit" and we will arrange a replacement order or refund.

• All our advertised postage costs are for the UK. If you require international or other please contact us first.
